Founder & CEO
Jeffrey Richards
Jeffrey is the owner of Printing Services of Nevada and minority owner of Jose and Associates Screen Shop which is the parent company of Miller's Jackets and Uniforms. He studied International Relations at Mankato State University from 1990 - 1994 with an emphasis on the Middle East, Russia, and the other 14 republics of the former Soviet Union. Jeffrey, who has coached 3 high school sports every year for nearly 7 years, saw the importance in what Carrie Reynolds was doing in spreading awareness about suicide. He supported Carrie's sign campaign financially both personally and through his business. In the early months of the pandemic, he decided to create Motivation United, Inc. to spread awareness about suicide and mental health.

Carrie Reynolds
Carrie attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and University of Montana and is currently employed with Printing Services of Nevada. She is a mother of two wonderful kids, one grown and one still in school. She spent years as an active part of Boy Scouts of America and as a softball high school coach. She is currently Vice President of her daughter's gymnastic booster club and a very active parent in her school. Motivation United, and the inspirational yard signs that are associated with it, would not be possible if it weren't for Carrie. She is the creator of the signs and the one who coordinated their distribution throughout the Reno/Sparks community.

Office Manager
Noelle Ruggieri
Noelle graduated in May 2019 from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BA in Dance and Geography. She is currently attending the University of Denver to obtain a Masters of Social Work with an emphasis in Health, Equity, and Wellness. She is dedicated to creating a diverse, empathetic, and equitable environment by using intersectional feminism as a lens to look at mental health and suicide.

Product Manager
Jodi Richards
Jodi graduated in 1996 from the University of Minnesota with a Masters in Deaf Education and has a BA in Communication Disorders from Mankato State University. She is a mom of two amazing adult children and a Teacher of the Deaf with the Washoe County School District. Between her two roles as mom and teacher, she often reflects on the daily concerns and struggles of our younger population. She believes she is a positive influence on the young lives she encounters, but feels there is always something more she can do.

HR Lead
Isabelle Richards
Isabelle is a recent graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, receiving a BS in Veterinary Science and a BS in Biology. She is also a Pi Beta Phi member and a current Vice President in the sorority. In the fall of 2021, she will attend Midwest University's College of Veterinary Medicine in pursuit of her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) degree. She currently is employed as an assistant at Southwest Veterinary Hospital and plans on becoming an emergency veterinarian for small animals. She is feels strongly about suicide awareness because of how it has affected her community over the years, but also because of the high suicide rates in her future profession.
